Atrocious customer service

I was sent the wrong items, the mattress protectors I received were waterproof backed, not what I wanted for a caravan holiday on the continent. I requested an exchange or refund twice and the company ignored me, I went through Amazon and the company ignored them to. Although I go a refund from Amazon it was then too late to order a specialist size from elsewhere. Very disappointed.
