S'mores Choc Hazelnut Marshmallow Creme

I recieved this order completely liquified. The company was quick to respond and to pass the buck to the shipping insurer, who has not yet responded. I have not gotten my money back, and am still waiting to see if they want me to return the literal food waste via post.
