Too low when seated

This was a gift for my daughter and she loves it! When I placed the order, the Shop app changed the delivery address to my default address, so I called the company to change the delivery address. A real person answered and took care of the address change with one quick conversation. Such excellent service is rare these days and I really appreciated it!

Obsessed with this since I used one at an Airbnb I stayed in. I ordered the queen and the Airbnb must have had a king. I wish I knew I would have gone bigger but I still love it
