True to their word

I received 10 blue fescue grasses recently. I took very good care of them. Three of them did beautifully and 7 didn’t do so well. I was very impressed by the way the customer rep talked me through checking the plants’ health. She was prompt in processing a new order for the plants that were not going to make it. I received 5 new beautiful plants at my door a few days later. She also told me that I could wait until the spring to see how the other 2 grasses were doing. If they didn’t make it at that point, they promised me to replace them. So far, so good. I know they will keep their promise if they don’t survive. Purchasing the warranty was a great choice on my part. I’ve purchased many high quality plants that are packaged perfectly that arrive at my door in great condition. Planting Tree has a wonderful selection of plants that specify zones, give planting instructions and more information that is very helpful. They are my new go-to nursery!!!
