The Hard Night Guard

I custom ordered a flat plane hard night guard. It wasn’t as flat as I had expected and for some reason only my rear molar makes contact when I bite. I’m waiting to hear back on a solution. It fits my teeth fine but I’m hoping to get a refund on the custom fee since it really wasn’t flat at all which would have allowed the teeth to glide. I’m thinking maybe just trying out a regular version of the hard guard may result in a more natural bite. Still waiting on a fix or info on a return process……

The kit came very well packaged and they sent me extra pasta that arrived along with the kit. I have not used it yet, but I have found that everything is correct in number of items and very well explained. I liked it too much!
