Poor customer service

The hat itself is fine but doesn’t fit, I’ve been emailing and trying to initiate a return but no response. So unless you know their hats fit you don’t bother. No interest in using this company again to try any other hats.

Good products/unsatisfactory shipping experience

The quality of the 6 products I ordered were good. However I am very unsatisfied overall, as I placed the order on 12/12/24, and it was suppose to be sent USPS first class mail, yet it didn’t arrive until 12/28/24. The recipients of the hats had already left my house the day after Christmas so now I will have to incur further shipping costs to send them to each of their addresses in other states.
