This is the second time I have bought planks from Wildwood. These are much smaller than the previous ones that I purchased but they work just as well. I cooked an entire Salmon filet cut in to individual pieces and the results were great. I was able to adjust the doneness to my guests tastes and piece thickness. Several had knots and defects but for 39 cents each who cares!
