Great product shipping duration not so great

When I ordered my flooring I was sent an email stating that the flooring would be shipped with a week. After paying $500 for shipping and Waiting two weeks with no update I reached out to customer service and was given a tracking number that didn’t work and was given other conflicting information about my order. Finally the flooring came a month after my original order date. And was able to install. Very nice quality product.
