Customer service sales was really helpful even after 3 calls and was very patient with new product help. Arrived a day early in great condition. At 73 and 5 spine surgeries was able to drain and fill alone just needed help lifting. Have had a waterbed for 45yrs- Sooo comfortable. No vendors in MA, would order online from Sterling anytime. Good replacement!

This actually is more “waveless” than my prior mattress. That mattress leaked, and the liner pulled apart at a seam after 2 years! Expecting much more out of this mattress!
