Great service, they called me to confirm the correct item and and size and I had ordered the wrong one, they straightened it out and received promptly. The mattress is pure HEAVEN, after a week in a regular mattress.

Setup was simple, even if I over filled it, (I so appreciate Mr. Gravity). After I got it adjusted it is so good to have a full nights sleep. I'd forgotten just how nice a waterbed is. Great mattress!

I was replacing a old sterling mattress that developed a leak after many years of use. Both the old and new mattress are very comfortable. I love the fact that you can replace separate pieces without having to by the entire system.
