Bottom Assembly

Purchase the bottom Assembly, so the zippers would match up with my new comfy topper. It keeps my sheets on nicely. My other one didn’t keep the sheets in place at all. Very happy with my new topper and bottom assembly.

Life Savers

So I washed and dried the bottom cover to our waterbed mattress and guess what. I shrunk it. Guess who was very upset. My wife. Guess who save me? Sterling Sleep Systems. I wrote an email to customer service on a Sunday afternoon and to my surprise I got a response. And they actually understood my incoherent rambling. They even reached out to me after we ordered and informed me how long it would take to make and when it would be mailed. I've been using soft sided waterbeds since they first came out in the early 80's and I have never received the type of service and quality bed as I have with Sterling. Been sleeping on a Sterling soft sided waterbed over 5 years and couldn't be more please. Thank you folks for the great service and the fantastic bed we sleep on!
