Great hardside Waterbed system

We ordered the 600CK Ultra Firm "S" Class Mattress with a new Heater, Liner, and Factory Select Waterbed Cover. It arrived within a week, even with the Covid 19 virus going around. The Liner came free with the mattress. Everything was easy to set up, especially for someone who has had a Waterbed since 1980. This mattress is the firmest and I think the most comfortable mattress we have ever had. I think it is our fourth mattress, all the others having developed a leak. We've never had a mattress cover like this before but I think it will help protect the mattress better than other covers we have had. We have the water temperature set in the 70`s and the bed feels cool when we first get in but the cover soon heats up from body heat and I'm nice and toasty the rest of the night. My wife has been sleeping on my moved-out daughter's bed because the old waterbed was too soft for her and she would get a sore back, but this new waterbed mattress is too hard for her right now, so I guess I'll have to let some water out of it to make it softer for her. Anyway, I love this mattress and the service I got from this company. It's always a little scary ordering something this expensive online, but as long as I get this kind of great service, it's worth it. Thanks

although your delivery was delayed by the Canada Post strike backlog it is now installed and first night I slept like a dream on it. I is different from what I used to use which was always bunching up under me so very happy there is no more bunching..
