On my 3rd bottle. Smoky but not smoky You would think it would be hot because it's a bottle of mash but nope. It's crazy good . No other sauce tastes like this. It's not really a sauce either due to how thick it is. Get some and give it a go on anything like scrambled eggs or baste on grilled chicken
