Opti 120 Gallon Alkaline Water Replacement Filter

Alkaline level isn't that great

I love the Opti system. However, I notice the the level of alkalinity only reaches 7.5-8.0, no higher than that. I did expect to get at least an 8.5 level but it's never reached that.

I’m Impressed

After expressing displeasure to Customer Service about the original design and the cost of replacement filters, I considered ditching the Opti water filter and moving to something else. They sent me the new and improved version, and with some skepticism I put it together and put it to use. And was quite pleased with the new design, which now allowed nearly all water to be filtered from the top well.
