I use this multiple times a day on my knees, back, now my shoulders need it and my ankles! I have used it for years and it works to soothe my sore muscles.

Such a great product

This is especially great when I wake up in the middle of the night with neck, legs or back aching. I can rub it on sore spots and often go right back to sleep.
