Found this company searching this particular floor after first seeing it in a local showroom for ALOT more per square foot. Customer service is outstanding, great communication throughout the ordering and shipping processes. All boxes arrived packed well and intact. Haven't installed the floor yet but did open a couple boxes to lay it out, we couldn't be happier!
