Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Sandwich

Must they all be a sandwich?

The ice cream sandwiches are ok, but honestly I prefer when you could buy just the freeze dried ice cream itself. The think about the sandwiches, is that the cookie material on the outside has such a strong flavor that you can barely taste the ice cream at all. I think I know why they switched everything to these sandwiches, because it keeps the ice cream from fracturing into a lot of smaller pieces like it used too, but honestly that was almost a feature. Also, they made an error on the shipping label, leaving off my suite number and instead writing my name twice on the label. That lead to the package going missing and a lot of hassle on my part to track it down.
