I have purchased pork floss from this place many times despite the high shipping cost, but this time was very disappointing. The pork floss tasted burnt and the seasoning was extremely bland, with almost no fish sauce flavor, even though I ordered fish sauce pork floss. Customer service did not resolve the issue and only suggested that I buy the old version, even though I had just received seven bags. This was very unreasonable.

Shipping is too expensive.
