Arabelle and Kim were incredibly helpful and responsive in my inquiry about a rush order for a Gold Court Wedding band. They communicated with me right away outside regular business hours, and followed up with a firm reply on Monday morning, assuring me that they would be able to complete the order within the needed timeframe.
