Reliable product

I've used Yemoo's GBP (ginger beer plant) a few times, with great success. The culture is consistent and arrives in a well-sealed envelope. I would definitely recommend calling to request a Monday shipment. I tried ordering on a Monday, but it still takes them a few days to process the order and get it shipped, and USPS may also lag behind by a day or two. Mine was delivered about 5 days after it shipped, and it smelled a little fermented in the envelope, but the first batch of ginger beer was delicious and batches two and three are already brewing nicely. Thanks!

So awesome. Worked great, definitely different than ginger bug soda. Enjoy both but Ginger Beer plant seems a more complex taste
