THE MIAMI GROVE

I was a little weary about this company at first because it took almost 3 weeks to hear anything and I couldnt find anything on the site to set timing expectations or to note company location. Of course I did get mine engraved so I knew that would take some time. Thinking I was being scammed, I sent an email to cancel my order and immediately recieved a call from the nicest representative! He walked me through the process and confirmed my chain was set to go out the door the next day. He even made last minute link adjustments. He completely changed my opinion of the company. I recieved the chain and it's perfect! Thank you! Highly recommend!
