Delicate feminine blouse

I had this blouse hanging in the utility room waiting to be touched up before wearing…my husband walked by and commented…”That’s a very pretty blouse”…he will often comment on how nice I look, but never on the garment itself…so it was an honest assessment. This blouse is soft, feminine and a beautiful color of blue. True to size, but might run on the short side for those who prefer a longer blouse. I love it!
