I’ve been using the Creatine Max for about a month now and I would have to say it’s a great addition to lifting weights and has helped me build more muscle. Great product!!

Like the idea of this, but…
Unfortunately, every time I have used this product, I’ve experienced loose stools. It contains Betaine and it does look like that might be the culprit. To be fair, I am experiencing/being treated for some other gut issues. I plan to try it again, once my gut issues have resolved. I’ve used the plain creatine without issue for over a year so I am hopeful I’ll be able to use this at some point, too. But if you do have a sensitive digestive system you might want to proceed with caution.

I can feel the difference after taking this product! Great energy after, but definitely needs to be mixed with something else. The taste isn’t pleasant.
