The bogus Paul Malone "buy one get one free offer"

My experience using the item was great. I must say that I purchased two ties, however; not one. You ran an ad that said that if you bought one tie, you would get a second one free and I took advantage of that offer. I was charged for both of the ties, however and I sent a message asking what happened to the offer and received no reply. I am again asking "what happened to the offer of two for the price of one deal that you ran?"
