Live this curry blend, it's flavor is more of a "yellow curry" taste, in Thai food. It has good flavor. I use it a lot in my fried rice. Not overly spicy, but has kick.

I am so happy to find a small business that carries such variety! I had been looking for Harissa, a favorite of mine, and an opportunity to purchase all of my spices from one place. I received a hand written note from Beth, beautiful packaging of my spices and accessories, and the list of what I ordered had been checked off and highlighted showing attention to detail!
