Love the drops but not the price

I love this product but I locked in a subscription at a reasonable price for them. If I had to pay the huge price increase I would be longer be a customer. So, wonderful product but now overpriced as is everything manuka.

No, i preferred your lozenges but that another companies. Theirs had a lemony flavor bit yours does not.

Drops were melted prior to arrival

The drops were very gooey and stuck to the inside of their wrappers. Once I was able to get one out of the wrapper the flavor was good but the consistency was soft on the outer part and hard in the middle. Not what I expected at all.
