There’s only one insert!! I can’t imagine that’s comfortable. Way too expensive to purchase 2. Can’t even try it because the return policy states it has to be unworn.

They did not fit into my shoes, my big toes were totally pinched. They seemed fairly comfortable in spite the grommets. I have not noticed ANY change in the leakage, though, and that was the main reason for buying them. I plan to return them.

I did hacpve to trim a lot off it because I have small feet but I find them very comfortable in my shoe
