Would put no stars but not an option...

This has been a terrible experience for me! I can't get anyone to answer the phone or return my email. Finally after many calls and three emails asking them to just cancel and refund my money since it was never shipped, I got an email saying "Order has been cancelled." Well that's great but where is my money???? I was so anxious to get these and they had some good reviews. But disappointed does not even come close to what I feel!!!
