Awesome product. Since it can be used at a higher RPM it doesn't fan out like some of the cheaper options I've seen and used.

Cup brush

So wheres the first place a lot of us go to buy consumables and save a little money? That's right, HF. Ive been doing this for years because the price of items, like this cup brush I'm reviewing, were way to high at the box stores, for something that is going to be used up on a regular basis. I have used Benchmarks flap wheels for some time now, so when I needed new ones, I saw the cup brush, needed a couple of those too, and since the price was not much more than the ones I usually buy, I got a couple to try out. I am currently doing a ground up on a Ford Ranger and went through my HF brush. Once I used up the brush, and picked all the wires out of my body from said brush, I swapped it out for the Benchmark cup brush.......it was then that my future purchases took a turn. In comparison, I brushed about half of the back half of the frame with the HF brush before I had to swap it out. After putting the Benchmark brush to use, I got the other half of the back frame cleaned, as well as going back over the first part cleaning up stuff the other brush couldn't get off. I didn't have to pick wires out of my body and clothes, the finish was smother and honestly, there was little to no wear on the Benchmark brush. Now I figure I saved about $2 - $3 per brush by buying the HF ones, but actually, I can get as much done with one of these versus 2 or 3 of theirs, so the savings aren't there, especially when I buy 15 - 20 of these a year. I am a very satisfied customer, and I will be replacing the rest of my wire brushes with Benchmark Abrasive products!
