A complete waste of money! The tape is very very thin and bubbles and does not stick on the skin very well and offers zero support! I was so disappointed! I had spent over $50 on3 packs of knee tape and when I asked for a refund because the tape is USELESS! I was sent a COURTESY REFUND of just over $11 !! What a JOKE!!!!

The product applies just like the videos and works well. Unfortunately I had an unexpected reaction to the adhesive and had to remove them.

The ankle and shoulder tapes ARE NOT precut and impossible to apply without getting totally stuck together. There were NO instructions in the package either. What a total waste of hard earned money!!!
