Woozy Ranch - 5oz bottle

This is an exceptional addition to Funky’s fine list of hot sauces! It’s hint of Ranch flavor reminds me of the mastery with which Vinny Cilurzo blends hops for his Russian River Brewing Company beers, or the way Donn The Beachcomber crafted rum cocktails into something far more than just the sum of their ingredients. Matt is a hot sauce alchemist of the first order. His creations are things of wonder. The texture, thick and meaty, most likely due to the addition of tahini, parsley and dill, is perfect for my tastes. Not too hot, bold flavor, a symphony of odd characters who shouldn’t play well together yet do for some reason. The uses for this sauce are endless. Quickly has become one of my favorites!
