Nice gift; problem with delivery

It was a wedding gift, so I didn’t use it. The purchase and delivery was fine, however, the note for the bride was not included, so she did not know who sent the gift. I am very disappointed in the lack of care for the handling of this $150 gift. I was refunded $5.00 for my distress and told the mistake was caused by the Corona virus and the inability Of California businesses to hire enough staff.
