Delayed, but not denied

I had a great experience with Arthur Court - especially with their customer service department. My elephant tray got lost in the mail. The autofill feature inadvertently fill the wrong numerical address, which does not exist my street. However, the shipper delivered it to a "Smith" at a phantom address. Although it was not Arthur Court's fault, they were super willing to make sure I got my tray. The claim was process by the shipper and forwarded to Arthur Court and my tray was sent the same day. This was a great purchasing experience in spite of the shipping debacle. P.S. Please bring back more elephant items and bulldog collection.

Wrong item delivered and no response from customer service

Poor -myth sent the wrong item and I wrote for an RMA number and prepaid label to return and have had no response for a week.
