Disappointed in customer service

I swear I added the ice scoop my cart, too. Upon completing the purchase, I immediately emailed customer service and asked if (a) I could have the scoop added and (b) if I could get assistance with adding a gift card, as I didn't see that option. I heard from no one. Thanks
