Nightmare Animatronics

It arrived broken, pieces not fitting together, just in a ziplock bag, and their customer service is a nightmare. They still haven't remedied the situation. My daughter was able to use glue and putty to make it work, but it is far from ideal. For the price, and being on a "waitlist" for several months, this was very disappointing.

Figures are great.just took way longer than expected and I never got my nightmare bear.says refunded so that's good.atleast I got refunded on it but I'm still missing an entire order of a different order
