Revex™ Red Light Elbow Wrap

Speed of delivery was horrible. Took nearly a month to arrive; I reached out to the company twice with no response. That being said, the elbow wrap is very underwhelming. I was picturing a more tailored “elbow wrap”, what I got was a universal wrap. I have used it very little so far, but it was not what I was expecting. It functions as advertised. It does have red light (not certain it outputs to the wavelengths that are advertised), it does provide nice warmth, and it has vibration functions that are acceptable.

Garbage product from China. Not as advertised and no customer service. Paid $59.99 for the Revex Red Light Elbow Wrap. What arrived is not what I ordered. Product is unused. Requested a refund within the advertised 60-Day Money Back Guarantee. No response to multiple emails. The Shop store has changed from Duvome to Hetki Wellness, and the contact email has also changed. Still no refund, no return instructions, and no response. Avoid this company. Should be removed from the Shop app.

Took 3 weeks to arrive with no shipping updates but the product does as advertised, The heat setting doesn’t get as hot as I’m used to with a heating pad but it does the job. Have used twice so far 20 minutes each time and haven’t had to charge yet.
