White tea is the least handled of all teas, just young leaves and buds withered and dried, and the extract is correspondingly gentle: delicately aromatic, green and fruity, with fresh floral facets and sweet hay. Underneath sits a soft, mossy, tobacco-like dryness, with hints of osmanthus and peach leaf.
Its lightness is the point. Use it

Tea White SFE
I tried all the new tea materials that Fraterworks just dropped, and I will say Tea White I think is the most true to scent personally. The tea materials all have a hay-like quality which gives them more of the effect of dry tea leaves rather than the steeped tea itself. Tea White is more fruity green tea-esque. Fruity and herbal but not in a medicinal way.
