I was really disappointed with my order never having ordered from this website before the dress was extremely expensive but it’s a lovely dress but it arrived in a plastic cover. No nice tissue wrapped around it. Just a plastic cover for the dress and a big broken cardboard box, no care was used to Pak that dress it just arrived awful. There is a shoulder pad missing on the right hand side. I don’t know if this is supposed to be missing or if it’s fallen out, please could you clarify
