This mat is definitely at the high end of simulator golf needs. It’s built very sturdy and was packaged well on delivery. They promised a delivery date of 3-4 weeks. It was delivered in 3 1/2 weeks as promised. I’ve had the unit for a month and play a a lot of simulator golf and have zero issues with joint pain. I’ll only add you may need to buy an extra section of matting to fit your feet on the mat for long clubs…..I barely fit
