It's a good idea for new users to get the whole set. They vary massively in how they feel, some will suit better than others. I like to use different intensities (from 1 being least, up to 8) at different times. Generally I favour no.5, but again with the set you have choices available.
They are a really nice, discreet stim, beautifully made and look great in the purple/colour shift. I carry one with me at all times.
