Beautiful bows and extremely helpful customer service

I ordered two hair bows for my daughter and niece for their upcoming baptism. After ordering I realized that I read the shipping timing incorrectly and it was likely the bows would not make it in time for the baptism. When I reached out to customer service via Chat / email, they were extremely helpful and expedited my order. The bows arrived 2 days later! And they are adorable.
