Chia and Quinoa Loaf

The bread arrived a day later than what FedEx had told me to expect it. Truck pulled in on the promised day and then left. Evidently they misplaced my box as it did arrive the next day. The packaging on each product had moisture buildup on the inside of each package. I froze what I wouldn’t be using right away. The loaf of bread that I am using falls apart easily. Not 100% pleased with this order.

I cant believe this bread is gluten free. Its the best i’ve ever had. Delicious!!
