Ultimate Grill Expert Bundle

It looks like a good quality product, but I’ll review further if I find anything different. The customer service is very lacking! There is no phone number to call to speak with a person, the email responses are very slow. It took five weeks to complete my order for the Ultimate Grill Expert Bundle. I ordered the USA gloves and they sent the wrong, camo gloves. If you dont mind waiting for your product or don’t mind receiving the wrong product, this is for you.

I ordered this for a birthday presents 2 months in advance. It still hasnt arrived and customer service can’t tell me when it will ship. I do not recommend ordering from this company if you actually want to receive this product in a timely manner. Can’t say anything about the actual product but the customer service, while responsive, is not helpfulin any way. Buyer beware!!!

Ordered on July 3 and as of this date, Aug 5, I have not received my order. Made contact with customer service a couple of time who advised they would look into the delay. They do not follow up to providd updates. I requested my order to be cancelled and my payment to be refunded. No response, no refund. Buyer beware!
