Black Friday Bundle

After waiting almost a month with no updates on status of order I contacted support via email. Response was most likely AI generated, and they were looking into it. Got a notice a few days later that my order was on its way. When I finally got delivery, the bundle purchase was missing the grill glove. I contacted support again, got an Ai response, contacted again... And crickets. I ordered 2 ea Father's Day bundles, which included the gloves, and now they will not even return my emails. If I could rate them a 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer service.

Product maybe fine. It was a gift so did not see or ise myself……But the absolute worst cistomer service. No real person to ralk to. Delivery service lost my product & it took a month for them to get product to the person I was sending gift to. Never once dod they offer to give me my money back & or replace product. Again ot showed up a month after it was supposed to!

LOVE THE BUNDLE!!!! It took longer than expected to arrive. It would have been helpful to receive a notice of delivery delay or due to the large number of orders, your order is taking longer than expected. I will order again!
