Doesn’t drip, grounds in the coffee terrible product

I had high hopes for this product. I’ve tried everything to make it work. Followed the instructions to a T. Got coarse ground coffee that I personally ground at the store. Sone grounds still get right through the glass filter, then it drips for 1-2 minutes and completely stops getting clogged. Stirring doesn’t help. It’s really just a huge hype and a waste of money.
