No customer service!

Lovely item but damaged! Unable to contact as phone line not working! Tried contacting by email many times and messenger with no response what so ever! I would not recommend using this company as customer service does not exist it would seem! Paid a lot of money for faulty item! Very disappointed!

Great replacement for a much loved travel companion

This washbag replaces a beautiful gift from my much loved godmother. That gift lasted over 25 years and travelled with me around the world. I am sure my Viva Vida washbag will be with me just as far and just as long - and more importantly it would have godmotherly approval!
