Delaney Lace Top | PREORDER 9/22

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The top was expensive, so I expected customer service that matched the price. When I requested a return, I was told return instructions had been emailed to me on July 16 and July 30. However, after searching my inbox, spam, trash, and all mail using the company’s name, email address, and my order number, those emails simply were not there. The only emails I received were my order confirmation and delivery notification. Because I never received the return instructions, I had no way of knowing there was a 14-day deadline. Rather than forwarding the emails they claimed to have sent or making a reasonable exception, they denied my return. To make matters worse, the denial ended with a white heart emoji, which felt dismissive instead of empathetic. For a company selling premium-priced clothing, I expected much better communication and customer service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be ordering from them again. ★☆☆☆☆
