A paste made only from Italian chestnuts and Bulgarian acacia honey. The mild sweetness of the acacia honey brings out the umami and bitterness of the chestnuts, creating a mellow flavor. It goes well with pain de mie and toasted bread. It tastes like Mont Blanc when poured over ice cream.
