Petite length too long

I did really love these jeans just a few little bits that let them down & meant I returned. Firstly the fit around the waist was perfect. I always struggle to find something that fits my waist so I am gutted they didn’t work out. They were slightly tight around the hips which I could’ve worked with but they made a V shape around the front if I moved which then made me self conscious. I’m 156cm but the petite length was still too long. Had the V shape not been an issue I would’ve kept & altered. I wasn’t sure if I’d received the petite length as it didn’t say anywhere on the item but did have a H symbol. I contacted customer services who confirmed this was definitely the petite length. They replied quickly too. I was initially annoyed they seemed to charge for returning, I know it’s more common now but by accepting store credit for my return I received a free return & some bonus credit which covered the initial postage cost too. I’m really happy with the service even if I didn’t keep the item.

Nice jeans but several inches too long - far too long to be classed as "petite" & therefore they should be on their way back to you.
