Works perfectly as intended. Heat shield spray is amazing and highly recommended (separate purchase). Also, it came with a usb-a to usb-c charging cable, a usb-a wall charging block for the cable, and a spare rechargeable battery (which I thought was an amazing idea). I would absolutely recommend this to someone.

Works pretty great. Doesn't take long to get up the temperature. Usually I turn it on right away in the bathroom and by the time I'm done doing what I have to do it's already good to go. My only complaint and my reason for four stars instead of five. The batteries don't seem to hold on to the charge. So they gave me two batteries in the box. If I let it charge all the way and then unplug it and then say I don't use it for a few days by time I go to use it the battery's already halfway dead just for sitting for a couple days. I don't know if I got defective batteries or if they just really went that cheap when they made the batteries for the product. But that's why I'm not giving it five stars. Batteries shouldn't be dying just because it sat for a couple days. If you guys are reading this review and you want to reach out to me go ahead. Maybe I simply got unlucky and bad batteries were put in my box

Right out of the box with the first use this thing had my beard straightened and feeling so smooth! Sleak design and packaging are a plus as well.
